We recognise that children's learning and development is individual and not linear.  We place importance on building relationships and ensuring smooth transitions.  Our children feel safe and loved and have a strong sense of belonging to our school family.  Children know that their own interests are valued and that they can follow them.  All children can find themselves, their community and their voice within the classroom environment and resourcing.  Teaching is highly individualised, so all children receive what they need to thrive.
